We do not knowingly collect data from, or offer services to, individuals located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. If you are located in these regions, you are prohibited from using the Service.

To provide our agentic AI services, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email, and phone number.
• Vehicle Data: VIN, mileage, and maintenance records.
• Agentic Interaction Data: Full transcripts of your chats, including specific instructions you give the AI to take action on your behalf.
• Action-Related Data: Information necessary to book appointments, check recalls, or contact third-party service centers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to power the AI's ability to act as your concierge:

• To execute "agentic actions" like booking service appointments or sending follow-up messages.
• To provide personalized car listings, gas prices, and maintenance budgets.
• To recommend third-party products or services for which we may receive a commission.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• AI Providers: Such as OpenAI or Anthropic, to process your chat inputs. Your data is not used to train their models.
• Service Partners: Local mechanics or dealerships when you specifically ask Galadri to book an appointment.
• Automotive APIs: To fetch vehicle-specific recall and valuation data.

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated AI chat history at any time by contacting us at support@galadri.com.
