1. Introduction & Territorial Restriction

Important: Galadri is intended solely for residents of the United States.

Galadri ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-driven agentic service to help users manage vehicle ownership. We do not knowingly collect data from, or offer services to, individuals located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. If you are located in these regions, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our agentic AI services, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email, and phone number.
• Vehicle Data: VIN, mileage, and maintenance records.
• Agentic Interaction Data: Transcripts and summaries of chats, emails, SMS messages, phone calls, and tool actions, including specific instructions you give the AI to take action on your behalf.
• Action-Related Data: Information necessary to book appointments, check recalls, contact third-party service centers, or complete other requested communications.
• Communication Preference Data: Channel preference records for email, SMS, and phone calls, including sender and recipient addresses or phone numbers, opt-in or opt-out status, unsubscribe requests, STOP/START replies, and clear requests not to call again. These records may apply to users and to non-user contacts involved in a request.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to power the AI's ability to act as your concierge:

• To execute "agentic actions" like booking service appointments or sending follow-up messages.
• To provide personalized car listings, gas prices, and maintenance budgets.
• To recommend third-party products or services for which we may receive a commission.
• To send, receive, summarize, and route AI-assisted communications by email, SMS, phone, or webhook.
• To honor opt-in, opt-out, unsubscribe, STOP/START, and do-not-call requests.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• AI Providers: Such as OpenAI or Anthropic, to process your chat inputs. Your data is not used to train their models.
• Service Partners: Local mechanics or dealerships when you specifically ask Galadri to book an appointment.
• Communications Providers: Providers such as Twilio, SendGrid, and ElevenLabs to send, receive, transcribe, or process AI-assisted SMS, email, and phone communications.
• Automotive APIs: To fetch vehicle-specific recall and valuation data.

5. Your Choices

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated AI chat history at any time by contacting us at support@galadri.com.

You may opt out of communications by channel through the platform, by telling the AI, by replying STOP to SMS messages, by using email unsubscribe links, or by clearly asking not to receive phone calls. We retain opt-out records as needed to honor those requests.
